Everything you need to stay organized

PostPlanIt keeps your content, your platforms, and your schedule all in one dashboard.

Post to 10 platforms

Tag one post for Instagram, Facebook, X, LinkedIn, Bluesky, Threads, Pinterest, YouTube, TikTok, or Mastodon and publish to all of them from a single draft.

Visual content calendar

Switch between Month, Week, and Today views to see every scheduled post laid out on a real calendar, not just a list.

Recurring schedules

Set a post to repeat daily, weekly, or monthly and PostPlanIt automatically reschedules it to the next occurrence after it goes out.

Automatic retries

Transient failures (rate limits, network hiccups) retry on their own. A post that permanently fails is never silently lost — reopen it, fix it, and reschedule.

Media library

Attach multiple images and videos to a single post, right from the composer, with a live preview of how each platform will show it.

Draft management

Save drafts, search and filter them, duplicate one you like, and come back to edit anytime before they go live.

Dark mode

Follows your system preference automatically, or switch it manually — every page, including the calendar and composer, adapts.

Keyboard shortcuts

Jump to the composer, save a draft, or navigate the calendar without ever reaching for the mouse.

Google sign-in

No new password to remember — sign in securely with your existing Google account.

Reusable templates

Save a caption and platform selection once, then reuse it on a future post instead of retyping the same hashtag block or standard update every time.

Export or delete your data anytime

Download a full copy of your drafts, connected accounts, and publish history whenever you want, or permanently delete your account yourself — no waiting, no support ticket.

Frequently asked questions

Everything you need to know before you get started.

Which platforms can I connect?

Instagram, Facebook, X, LinkedIn, Bluesky, Threads, Pinterest, YouTube, TikTok, and Mastodon — tag one post for as many of them as you like.

Is there a free plan?

Yes. The Free plan includes every platform connection, drafting, scheduling, the calendar and history views, and recurring schedules — no credit card required.

What happens if a scheduled post fails to publish?

Transient failures (rate limits, brief network errors) are retried automatically. A post that fails permanently is kept, not deleted, so you can reopen it, fix the issue, and reschedule it.

Can I schedule posts to repeat automatically?

Yes — set a post to repeat daily, weekly, or monthly and PostPlanIt reschedules it to the next occurrence each time it goes out.

Do you store my social media passwords?

No. Every platform connects through its own official OAuth sign-in, except Bluesky, which uses an app password you generate specifically for PostPlanIt — never your main Bluesky password.

Can I export or delete my data?

Yes — download a full copy of everything PostPlanIt has stored for your account from Settings anytime, or permanently delete your account and everything tied to it yourself, without contacting support.

Can I switch between light and dark mode?

Yes — PostPlanIt follows your system preference by default, and you can override it manually from the sidebar at any time.
